The Cooper O’Brien Memorial Golf Tournament is organized by Cooper’s Crew, a 501(c)(3) formed in memory and honor of Cooper O’Brien, a North Gwinnett Middle student who lost his battle to Clear Cell Sarcoma in 2014 at the young age of 14. To date, the Cooper O’Brien Scholarship Fund has donated over $60,000 in the form of scholarships for other students who have shown great strength in the face of hardships. They are also dedicated to providing funding for research and development to help find a cure for childhood cancer. Cooper’s Crew has partnered with CURE Childhood Cancer to help fund research projects specific to Sarcoma cancers.
All proceeds from this event go directly to the Cooper’s Crew Fund and the Cooper O’Brien Scholarship Fund.
Please join us in raising funds and awareness for childhood cancer and to celebrate Cooper’s legacy. We look forward to a great day of golf, fellowship, and celebration!
*PLEASE NOTE - this year's family dinner will take place on September 29th, 2018, 5:30pm at Cheeky Suwanee. Tickets can be purchased at the door for a buffet of Cheeky favorites, music (DJ), Silent Auction and specialty drinks (cash bar).
Tournament/Event Details
All golfers receive complimentary food and beverages on the course, a gift bag, and dinner/silent auction ticket.
We will have various fundraising opportunities available at the event, including firing a golf ball through an actual AR15 rifle. Thanks again to Charity Golf Guns!

- Includes participation in all contests (Hole-in-One, Closest to Pin, Longest Drive, Putting), 2 Mulligans, $50,000 Shoot Out, $10 Golf Shots Gift Card, and free Razor Golf Club! Hole-in-One contest features custom golf cart by Bulldog Carts.
